Outline India, one of India’s premier data-centric research organizations working towards creating social impact through authentic and reliable primary data, has announced the joining of Professor Bhaskar Chakravorti as their Senior Advisor. Professor Chakravorti, the Dean of Global Business at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, has been on the Global Future Council on Innovation for the World Economic
Forum. He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board at the Mastercard Policy Centre for Digital Economy.
Professor Chakravorti has done tremendous research on channeling data and other modern technologies toward inclusive development and understanding how tech affects global livelihoods. He is Chair of the IDEA Council: Imagining a Digital Economy for All – an initiative investigating the role of data, digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and applications as a force for inclusive growth, development, and productivity.
Professor Chakravorti has been an Advisor to 30 Fortune 500 companies and a member of the Advisory Board of the UNDP’s Center for Private Sector in Development, along with a Non-resident Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution.
Professor Chakravorti’s work has helped several illustrious global corporate enterprises and social sector organizations significantly impact social well-being on the planet.
