Kockpit Analytics announces 120% increase in workforce in FY 2021-2022

KockpitAnalytics – BI and Big Data Solutions provider has announced ambitious hiring plans to further increase its talent pool by 120% by the end of this year. Currently, the company houses a workforce of 100 employees and has been on an aggressive hiring spree.

In order to facilitate a safe recruitment procedure for the new joiners, the company has put an entire virtual SOP in place. The procedure encompasses virtual onboarding, induction, first buddy assignment etc.

The brand has been relentlessly working towards strengthening the tech backbone of the solution, in order to cater to the growing demand. In line with the same, the company has announced the hiring plans majorly across Power BI, Big Data Solutions, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning in Technical and Development department, along with senior management hiring.

According to Ranjan Chopra, Founder & MD, Kockpit Analytics, “The pandemic has given a push towards digital business practices. The stakeholders look forward to accessing all their data at a single place. The overall dependency on technology has increased, and so has the final productivity. This resulted in an increased demand for the Kockpit Products and Solutions too. Kockpit plans to hire majorly in the metro cities – New Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore.
