How Kapture’s Software is different from other CRM Softwares?

Kapture is an advanced omnichannel CRM solution with next-gen capabilities that are largely powered by technologies like machine learning. Our integrations (API) with more than 1000 commonly used platforms sets us apart from our competitors. We also take pride in our fast and efficient implementation cycles. Most importantly, we provide personalized, step-by-step assistance to each and every client of ours.

For which all sectors this software is useful and appropriate?

Kapture’s advanced functionalities and flexibility make it the perfect CRM solution for businesses across all industries. If I had to pick a few sectors in particular, I would have to say that our CRM is best suited for internet companies, financial enterprises and consumer durables.

Can you tell us about Kapture’s international presence?

While Kapture has a sizable customer base in India, we are increasingly expanding our services to other countries as well. Some of the countries where we have an active presence include the USA, Singapore, Philippines, the UAE, Bangladesh, etc. We’ve recently onboarded VXFIBER, a Swedish company, that invests, manages and operates true FTTP open access networks globally.

Tell us about the major giants you are working for and recently tied up with?

Well, we have recently joined forces with some big name brands like Nykaa, Acko Insurance, Ford Motors and Reliance Jio Mart. Apart from these, enterprises like Skullcandy, Wonderla, Netmeds, Swiggy, Tata and Quikr use Kapture to automate and simplify their customer support & sales processes.

What are the future plans for the next financial years?

Kapture CRM has been significantly growing in the past few years. From 2016, our revenue has surged 10x, giving us clear visibility on the raising need for customer service automation platforms. We are expecting $5 million in ARR in 2020. Kapture hopes to maintain its growth trajectory in the coming years.

Any other major things/development you would like to tell us about your company or the software?

After a long time of innovation and development, we have recently launched Kapture Chat – a chat suite that includes an AI chatbot, live chat and a hybrid AI agent. The chat suite is aimed at revolutionizing conversational support with some advanced features like multilingual support, natural language processing (NLP) etc. We are very excited to work with customer-centric companies in transforming the way they understand and serve their customers.
