Witnessing the current situation of pandemic and its hazardous effect around the world, the priority for all the CIO’s have completely shifted to team collaboration tools, ensuring seamless communication. Various departments of organizations have been focusing at being able to connect without compromising on the productivity. At such situations, tools like video and team collaboration have been playing a very vital role since last year, for the organizations to manage seamless connectivity with the employees and clients. Furthermore, CIO’s have agreed with the importance of these tools, thus the demand of team collaboration tools has witnessed a predominant growth over the years. In current cenario every organization is looking to have the right solution in order to connect,
communicate and collaborate within and outside the ecosystem, and to ensure business continuity, the collaboration tools have continued to remain as an important part of the CIO’s plans.

How the company has been expanding in the Indian market?
We at IceWarp have witnessed an unprecedented growth in the last 6 years of our existence in the Indian market. Although, we are a Global Brand with our presence across 50+ countries, we had initial challenges to overcome in the Indian market. But, today we are proudly povisioning our services to 1200+ customers across the nation and growing every year in double digits. We have been getting the support from the Industry in terms of accepting our product as the best and only alternative to MS Exchange, MO365 and GSuite and we have been bestowed with awards and accolades too.
Today, globally IceWarp has presence across 50+ countries. In India, we have been able to acquire customers in every vertical but majorly within BFSI, Pharma & Healthcare, Manufacturing & FMCG, BPO’s and Retail. In a short span of 6 years launched in India we are already catering to 1200+ customers today.
How lockdown has acted as a reason for their expansion?
With the lockdown of 2020, we have witnessed an undoubted increase in demand for our solution tools. Though, everyone was not prepared with technology solutions when the lockdown was announced earlier, and has brought unprecedented challenges initially. Most of the organizations were concerned about the teams working and how to be on the same page. The pandemic has triggered the need of upgraded remote working culture and many businesses have revised their IT strategies and growing need for employees to communicate without interruption to boost the demand for team collaboration solutions to efficiently carry out team meetings and conferences.
Also, IceWarp have witnessed a growth of collaboration solution by 60% among its new as well and existing customers. Our company has witnessed 2-way growth – one, where existing customers who were using plain vanilla email adopted Collaborative Platform. Second, new customers looked for a cost-effective alternative to solution providers like GSuite, MO365 and chose IceWarp as their preferred Solution provider for Business Mailing and Collaboration.
What are their future plans
We are very much focused at our future plans. We have experienced that India has a huge potential and has a big market. Currently we are expanding our teams, when organizations are showing the pink slip to their employees. The demand for our solution requires a bigger team to hit the market with all thrust. We have already been working on our third site at a local datacenter in India for creating another cloud site. And we are further gunning towards a huge target with a mission of growing 4X by 2025.
