Array Networks Ranks Second in Indian ADC Market

Array Networks

Array Networks announced that it has fortified its second position in the application delivery controller (ADC) market as per the IDC market report for Q4 2020. The world has been returning to normalcy since the last quarter of 2020. The increased market share for Q4 2020 holds a mirror to the changing ADC market helping Array emerge as one of the leaders in the Indian ADC Market with its market share at 23.9 percent.

“At Array, our focus is to help our customers navigate to the changing landscape while contending with the growing issue of connecting and securing applications. This ranking is proof of the changing market trend in relation to ADC. Array’s ADC network infrastructure is not only affordable, but the consolidation of load balancing and server offloading capabilities make them more cost-effective and efficient. It is designed to meet or exceed technical requirements while remaining simple to manage, scalable to accommodate future growth and cost-effective for almost any business or other organization,” said Shibu Paul, Vice President – International Sales at Array Networks.

Array maintains a strong presence in the Indian market with improved performance by effectively distributing traffic among multiple servers, optimizing resources by productively allocating traffic based on application types and guaranteeing application and data-access coherence. As per IDC’s Q4 report, the revenue of the ADC market has increased from $10.1M in Q3 to $13.9M in Q4, which is a 10.8 percent increase in revenue. While many believe that ADC is witnessing a decrease in demand, the increase in the number of organizations opting for hybrid work is in fact fueling the demand for the ADC market because ADCs are no longer traditional in functionality, they have other functionalities too.

Array Networks have been phenomenal in bagging some of the big government projects along the lines of Digital India, Smart Cities and other government initiatives. With the customers ranging from universities to the biggest manufacturing powerhouses to telcos to the largest bank, Array’s growth has been proportional to the demand. Array has been the first company to be awarded ISO certification for Information Security Management System (ISMS), the first application delivery controller (ADC) company to get its India operations ISO certified.
